History
The Triangle Auto Dealers Association was established in 1969 as the Raleigh Auto Association. The purpose was to support new vehicle automotive dealerships in the Raleigh region. Over the course of 55 years the association expanded into the Wake County New Auto Dealers Association and now, into the Triangle Auto Dealers Association.
The name of the Association may have changed over the years but, the purpose has stayed the same for the last five decades: Give back to the community. In 1986 the association started the North Carolina International Auto Show. Through this show the association has been able to give back over $800,000 into the community through various local charities and educate the consumer about the automotive industry.
Our hope is you will come see what our show, one that is so rich in history, is all about!
